SHIPPING
Once your order is placed and dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation with full delivery details—including carrier information and tracking updates for your package.
Domestic order - We aim to deliver all orders within 3–8 working days.
International Orders: Orders are typically delivered within 7 to 10 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing times.

Please note that VELLESO is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect shipping details, unavailability of the recipient, inaccessible premises, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (including Acts of God).
For shipping outside India: Import duties, if any, to be paid by the customer
CANCELLATION

Orders can be cancelled within 10–12 hours of placement.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Approved cancellations will be refunded within 2–4 working days in the form of VELLESO Wallet credit, which can be used toward any future purchase on our website.

Please note that we are unable to accommodate shipping address changes once the order has been dispatched.
REPORTING DAMAGES:
Customers are kindly requested to report any damages within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear images of the product.
Regretfully, complaints submitted beyond this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.
